Selesa tidur dgn bntal yg empuk, katil luas, hawa dingin bagus boleh kontrol suhunya Dan hampir dengan kedai2 mkn dan barang 2 keperluan yg lain. ここはスタッフがとても親切で、特に男性の方がいつも笑顔で迎えてくれて、気持ちよく滞在できました。場所は何をするにしてもどこに行くにしてもこれ以上の場所はないと思います。部屋はOldtown white cafeの側に面しており、騒音が気になることがありました。玄関口に面した部屋ならもっと静かではないかと思います。部屋は広くて清潔で建物には重厚感がありました。とても満足できる滞在となりました。 ~ old r

I had a really great stay at this hotel. One of the best parts of my experience was the amazing service from the staff members, Anna and Huan. They were both very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Anna and Huan also gave me some great recommendations for food and places to visit around the city. Thanks to them, I got to visit Mari-Mari Cultural Village and Matanani Island, which were both wonderful experiences. I really appreciated their kindness and helpful suggestions throughout my stay. I've rated this historic hotel 5* as I can't really fault it. The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful, and everything seemed clean. The blackout curtains work really well but you might want to use ear plugs as the rooms look out over the street. The staff will fill up your water bottle for you so no excuses for using the single use plastic bottles of water in the room! Wifi works a treat, breakfast is good, and the whole place is air conditioned at a comfortable temperature. The Jessleton hotel is a reminder of the old name for Kota Kinabalu and is where the Australian army surrendered to the Japanese in world war 2. ~ Kim B

시설 깨끗하고 가야스트리트와 가까워 토요 야시장 일요 아침시장 마음껏 구경할 수 있어요. 제셀톤 선착장 이나 주요 쇼핑몰 까지 대부분 15분이내 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 바닷가 쪽 씨푸드 야시장과 망고보이 과일 시장도 10분 걸려요. 호텔내에 마사지 샵 있고 직원들 친절합니다. 아침은 근처 로컬 식당에 가서 먹도록 해요. ~ Sungmin C

房間很舒適，設施看起來有年代但維護的不錯，整體算乾淨，地毯無可避免的不乾淨、排水比較緩慢。房間偏小但配備很合理，也夠暗、夠安靜。電梯可以開關電燈跟風扇，蠻有趣的。CP值不高不過可以體驗一下古蹟。 ~ Lily L

kk의 최초호텔로 고풍스런 느낌이 있습니다. 사바시내 중심에 있고 제셀포인트, 수리아사바쇼핑몰 등이 가깝고 el centro, little italy등 유명한 식당들이 도보 1-2분 거리내에 있습니다. 친절했고 칫솔은 없지만 드라이기는 있습니다. kk에 다시 오게되면 이곳에 다시 올거에요 ~ SEOYEOUN C

Well-decorated in the fashion of old colonial times. The interior seems a little outdated, but well-maintained and clean. It's located in a prime area, where everything is within walking distance (shopping malls, restaurants, etc.) which is such a plus point. Staffs were kind. My flight was a little later in the evening. I left some of my stuffs at the reception after checking out while going around the city. The staffs took good care of them, which I was so thankful for. ~ Sarah L

2026 年一月底住了109 房間好幾天，浴缸與地磚接縫處的白膠老化漏水．造成浴室嚴重積水.　早上5:30分退房時都有跟櫃台的小哥說了這浴室嚴重積水的現象，不確定是否真的會改善． ~ Abula

Hotel 3 Bintang yang mewah. Bilik sangat luas. Saya pilih Bilik deluxe. Bersih. Deko dalaman di bilik dan lobi sangat menawan hati. Tempat cari makan pun agak mudah. Parking saja yang sedikit sukar. Parking awam. Cumanya semasa check-in di kaunter. Sorry to say. komunikasi sedikit sukar dengan staf. Rasa tak senang dia ditunjukkan dengan menekan keyboard komputer dengan kuat. Mungkin keyboard rosak! Sebab tu tekan kuat. Maybe! 😆😆 Mujur semasa check-out saya disapa oleh staf yang sangat menyenangkan. 😍😍 ~ Kasmani K

Albergo di gran classe, con architettura ed arredamento d'altri tempi che lo rendono affascinante. Situato in centro città e vicino alla gran parte dei locali è il completamento che fa di questo hotel una scelta eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti. ~ Maurizio M

Arrived here to find a very nice hotel in the heart of the most touristy area of Kota Kinabalu..situated a stone's throw from the waterfront, Jesselton is tucked away in an area that has lots of shops and restaurants around it. The hotel is clean Nd the rooms.are modern and neat. The staff is polite Nd eager to help. We had a deluxe king room which is large enough and gets plenty of sunlight. The toilets are well planned and showers excellent. ~ Pallavi D

My flight was delayed by AA, I suppose to check in 6pm here. Unfortunately I only arrived at 3am. And they still keep my room. The process is smooth, the staff is so helpful. I really satisfied with my room. The most I treasure is my room had fridge! Hahahaha.... For rm157, I can have king size bed, condiments, fridge, tv, sofa, study table. 직원들이 너무 친절하고 넘나 쏘스윗한것♥ 오래된 호텔이라고 해서 걱정했지만 엔틱한 분위기에 아기자기 예쁜 호텔이었어요 지낼 수록 편안하고 룸청소까지 완벽합니다... 어질러놓고 간 침대위에 옷까지 각잡아서 정리해준게 쫌 창피했지만 다시가도 무조건 제셀톤호텔에서 묵고싶을만큼 정가는 곳이예요 프론트 직원만 영어사용가능 하고 다른 직원들은 영어를 거의 못하지만 의사소통 다 가능하고 말레이시아 말을 못해서 부탁하면 식당이라던지 레스토랑 예약도 좋은자리로 다 잡아줍니다 가장 마음에 들었던 서비스는 밤비행기나 새벽비행기인 사람들을 위해 체크아웃하면서 캐리어도 보관해줍니당 ~ 김주희

Brilliant hotel. Best value in KK. The better rooms are actually worth the upgrade (for once). Great staff. They let us change a non-refundable booking last minute and held our things at the hotel after the stay. Commendable and genuinely helpful and just all round the best value hotel in KK. Big and and luxurious rooms, much better than the more expensive hotels. ~ Daniel

증축을 한 듯한 건물입니다. 역사가 깊은 호텔이지만 깔끔합니다. 증축된 공간에 머물렀는데 약간 좁지만 생활 하는데 어렵지 않아요. ~ Eunjeong K
